Slater House Project – for Descendants of Dublin

Did your ancestors “drink from the spring” in Dublin? Slater House, located in Paterson’s Dublin neighborhood was home to my Scottish and Irish ancestors, immigrants to the USA. In tracing the fate of the house, I learned of all sorts of adventures, including;

Over 100 people lived in the house, from every continent on earth, between the 1890’s and 1960’s (Maybe 70’s?). Today it is a freeway onramp. Subscribe here to follow my research adventures and learn little bits of history as I salvage our ancestors from Paterson’s Dublin neighborhood.
