Every now and then, the Youtube algorithm delivers me some absolute winners! Today was such an occasion, as I discovered “Jose on tour,” a US travel creator that specializes in creating video walkthroughs for armchair travelers, like my 6am self.
Jose has playlists featuring multiple destinations in Maryland, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and New Jersey. From within his New Jersey playlist, I’m pleased to share with you Discover the Historic Paterson NJ and its great Falls.
I’ve written about the Paterson Falls previously, and I really appreciated Jose’s footage of these touristy areas, they give me all the confidence that bringing my roller skates will not be a mistake.
If you’ve been following me for any amount of time, or if you’re already familiar with the street layout of Paterson, or if you’re just as obsessed with historic Paterson as I am, then you’ll recognize the freeway ramps that replaced Slater House at the base of Garrett Mountain. They are shown in Jose’s video several times, from every angle.
